lost during skips. Any interruption in the Squeezebox's playback

Yeah, that's the broken firmware. They haven't released a fixed version
yet, I think they're concentrating on getting the major issues in
Squeezebox Server crushed first.

I just wanted to share a recent mod I started using on my Touch.
It came from the same set of mods I use on my Linux/Music Player Daemon
machine.
The Mod does three things.
increase audio threads priority
prevent audio threads from sharing interrupt lines
adjust interrupts/processes according
Just to report that this morning's Beta 7.6.1 r32969 has brought all of
the missing artwork back on my system with Clear Library and Rescan
Everything.
No other changes were needed and as far as I can tell, everything is
back to normal on Squeezebox Server under Windows XP Pro using
Squeezebox

Making the change stick.
Changing the values will only stay if the Touch is not rebooted. Once
it reboots the values will revert back to the original default value.
Making the value stick means to put the command in a file so that
when the Touch is rebooted the command will keep

You are on the right path...continue on the path by going to
Diagnostics and revert back to 7.5 for the current fix to the issue.

Mine has been doing this the last couple days and the fix was
Sorted it.
Reset both SB's to factory default, then set them up from scratch
again.
Re-registered them now everything is fine.
Both can be seem via the web interface, both can be synced both
controlled via Android.

NAS-stored images. My NAS runs minidlna to serve these pictures to my
Ipad already. Is it possible to configure the Touch to slide show my
network images easily?

I would love to see a squeezebox receiver replacement based on the
Touch's audio section. Edit that - one that can be configured without
a workaround.
