It will play Internet radio streams just fine. Diagnostics of network
health and server connection on the player say all is fine.
But if I try to play any file on my server, it goes into a loop where it
will play the first second then stop and keep repeating that behavior.
All other
I have a Squeezebox Touch in my living room that connects to my server
fine, then plays one second of the music and then nothing more. Same if
I try to remote control it. At the moment I have a couple of SB Radios
on my network that are operating and several virtual players.
Anyone else having
Unless of course, by the time LMS is dead, your favourite radio station
has joined an ecosystem and is only available via a plugin and for pay.
Which is where is is all headed, at least where commercial radio is
concerned. The non-profit ones likely to always stay on the open web.
The Squeezebox experience is incredible, when you start manipulating the
tagging as you wish.
The main tags that you need to decide how you will manage are are:
artist name
album artist name
album name
song name
genre
year
As long as you get those done right, you probably dont have to worry
