hi Castalla, I thought I had ie in add/ remove function but, I do get a
message saying cannot remove everything, can I do this?

Ok will try that however, the dialogue box (User Account Control) that
always comes up when I click the short cut on the desktop refers to a
programme called SqueezeTray.exe is this the problem how do I get
that past the firewall tvm

thank you chrisinparis this is chrisintheproverbial I checked the w7
firewall it was in there ticked 6 times!!!. I removed them all, re
- installed sb7.6.1 I still get the same message. Also i dont really
understand the 2nd part of your message. Thank you so far!!

Drive on this This never used to happen on
original installation everything else is the same. Any assistance
