Hi again Castalla & thank you for your patience. I have done all the above but it just will not obey!!!2 things 1) I,m running Kaspersky Anti Virus 11.0.2.556 & 2) every time i reload the software I get a shortcut on my desktop. The bit that really gets me is that when i installed the sqb s\w originally with everything else as now, it worked first time. HELP
