On Amazon it states that order is filled through Crutchfield's. I
ordered directly from Cruchfield and my touch was shipped yesterday. I
would suggest going to Crutchfields site and Click on Support and Check
on Order Status. Asks if you want to check on Amazon Order and go that
route to see what
I am kind of hosed, I have a Amazon CC and paid for the Touch with
points. I am stuck waiting for Amazon, they have not sent me a
cancellation email yet

I canceled with Amazon.com even though my shipping was free with my
preorder.
It took me less than 10 mins to set it up.
This is such an improvement on the Duet receiver.

Amazon just cancelled my pre-order which has been in place since January
without giving me option to wait, saying they're unable to get stock
from the supplier.
I'm less than impressed with all sides on this one. Mostly at Amazon
for not guaranteeing some units to match pre-orders, but also

the next it says available 4/19 with fulfillment from Crutchfield.
What gives?

This morning I cancelled my preorder from Amazon, where the Touch is
still unavailable, and placed an order from Logitech, where the Touch
now appears as in stock. I got a confirmation of my order, but it
hasn't shipped yet. My fingers are crossed.

Amazon at the moment is showing that the Touch will be in stock through
Crutchfield on April 19 - 1 week from today.
So it looks like the Touch is starting to make it's way through the
retail chain.

I find it a bit odd that Amazon pre-ordered countless Touches, seemingly
without working out a business agreement with Logitech. If they took
pre-orders, you would think that they had a reasonable means to fill
those orders. I'm losing respect for Amazon and Logitech in all this.

I, too, have had a Touch on pre-order from Amazon since last December.
I'm very displeased to see the product available elsewhere and
unavailable on Amazon.

I know amazon gives you the option to cancel the order anytime, you
might want to try ordering one through
I haven't found any. Please contribute US sites or stores indicating
Touch is available NOW.
