Interestingly, yesterday my SBT worked fine - my wife played music on
the PC and didn't think to ask if LMS was running. Obviously, it was.
Over Christmas, LMS had to be started manually every time. Odd.

Can you check with the task manager whether SqueezeSvr.exe is running or
not?
Maybe only the system tray program SqueezeTray.exe is not running. Or it
is running but only hidden in the task bar? -- sorry, if this sounds as
a stupid question to you, but I don't know whether you are an
experienced W

I had a problem starting LMS in Win7 automatically at system startup.
It definitely works differently from Vista. I opted for a system service
at service but it never started. The problem was UAC questioning the
startup. Not good for an unattended system.

Very strange because I've upgraded the OS (clean install) and put all
programs into the start menu - nothing, it only runs if launched
manually.

Under XP LMS ran automatically at boot, under W7 it doesn't.
All necessary actions taken re start menu etc.
I can't find anything helpful elsewhere so - is there a way to get LMS
running automatically at boot?
