Note to Logitech hardware developers .
SB2 gets sticky BOOM gets sticky , The Touch remote gets sticky .
And the Radio's wheel gets sticky, too.
They call that finish "soft touch". But yes, it can turn into a sticky mess.

I had to replace mine due to a leaky battery - I got mine direct from
Logitech as they were just as cheap as any I could find on ebay or
amazon.

Yes in many countries logitech still keeps spares for some squeezebox
stuff , check that out first . But i have to say that logitechs online
stores are a horrible shopping experience :) but you do ,get the stuff I
bougth some batteries when i still used my Controller and i equiped my
radio with a

Have a look on eBay and Amazon - there are usually Squeezebox remotes
available there (just checked just now). Otherwise, there are
controller/player apps for Android and iOS that fit the bill quite
well.
