It is just for finding the problem regarding your sync issue. It is not
meant to be forever. If all is connected via LAN you avoid WLAN
problems

Yep, do NOT choose synch players. Simply use menu item "
Choose Player" to select the TOUCH as the player you are

I think the idea here is to contact the Squeezebox Server page at port
9000.
On that webpage you can selectand control any player...
If the Nokia is a web-enabled an it can hook up to the local netword
via WiFi. If all firewalls are open/allowed it must be possible just
like any other device.

The Touch doesn't have a web interface. You can only use Apps that use
one of the native interfaces to control it over WiFi. Or you need to
use a full-scale server on another machine.
