It helps to fully understand the CD to FLAC process, and EAC is really
good because it tells you what's going on in the process, step by step.
What happens when you click on the CMP button is that EAC rips the
content to WAV, then applies the compression defined in this section

In which file format do you want your ripped files? WAV, FLAC, mp3,
other?
Your picture shows you're ripping to 128 kbs mp3, is that what you want?
If I were you I'd run the configuration wizard again (EAC >
Configuration Wizard).
When you're ready to rip, if you want WAV files press the top

You are on Windows 7 - use the Snipping Tool: Start - Type "snipping"
and the Snipping Tool should show at the top. Click on it to run, then
use the mouse to select an area and save it to a jpg file. Post those

Even if tags are absent or nonsensical, the files should play if
accessed via "Music Folder". Suggest you 'download latest

i'm using eac. when i rip a cd, something not cool has been happening.
the rips show up as separate songs. they all end up in a folder. also,
my touch will not play these files. i guess what i need is some set up
advice. thanks
