When running previous (18.xx LTS and 16.xx LTS) options in MAAS for
commissioning it skipped the scripts because it said the drives do not
support RAID. Perhaps that ties in with Alberto's comment. I'm not too
familiar with SMART but I'm not sure why the drives don't support it, I
thought they did.

I'm on 19.10 with a L2TP IPsec connection over wifi
using packages: network-manager-l2tp network-manager-l2tp-gnome
I set both the wifi and VPN IPv4 settings to "addresses only"

particularly time-critical.
Snapd restarting slowly can be investigated in snapd. Colord restarts
quickly on my laptop for example:

Personally I don't see this as anything significant enough to

In our tests logs we see that focal is slower than other systems like
bionic. I printed all the commands we run with the times and noticed the
main diff on times is when running different systemd commands. So I did
a very small script to compare basic calls that we use in our snapd test
suite.
