Rodney, I'd argue that for some particular cases, like the apps scope
the scope middleware could diff the results compared to the previous one
and update the model without resetting it.

- The Ubuntu store refreshes the Department list which I have chosen and
- and take me to the top of that list (again) every time I I press back
- button after installing/Uninstalling
Due to the way scopes work, there is no way to do live updates of search
results, and so we must refresh the current query, in order to get an
updated results set, which is required whenever an app is purchased,
refunded, installed, or removed.
