The 'Settings' application is not ubuntu-settings but gnome-control- center. Ubuntu 21.10 (impish) reached end-of-life on July 14, 2022. Do you still see the problem which you reported while using a currently supported release of Ubuntu? If so, please tell us which one otherwise this bug report c
