Not currently. There are plans to support this in the future, but it
is not
TRAC now worked.
I reinstalled Python and it solved the problem.

I will check this out.
I am not sure whether there are many people attempting to use Trac as
an end-to-end tool that links requirement artifacts to tickets to
source code check-out/check-in - but it seems on the surface to be
worth checking out.

I have seen enhancement 1791 (http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/1791)
and implemented in my Trac 0.10 version. I think it would be nice to
implement this in the mailine trac.
Is it possible to implement this in 0.10.4 (and 0.11 of course) -
