Made the wonderful attempt at running setup.py for new version of Trac,
upgrading from 0.10.3 to 0.11.dev. Now my apache server is outputting this
wonderful message. Help?

So I got some errors when attempting to patch the file. First was an
assertion error and I thought it was from having LF instead of CR-LF as
stated on the Cygwin page. I used the --binary option and it got further
but still no dice. Here are the errors:

I am using MySQL as a backend to Trac and everything is working fine.
What you need to do is use the command line to create the tables and
change the encoding just as is stated in the Trac Wiki. Using a 3rd
party tool to create the initial table did not work well at all for me.

If you install the web admin plugin this will give you the ability to
easily maintain COMPONENTS, MILESTONES, VERSIONS, PRIORITIES and
SEVERITIES through a web interface. I believe that V0.11 will have
