value is actually a link back to the milestone. My sites don't have
that feature, which I'd really like to implement. How to I made the
change so a ticket's milestone field is a link to the milestone?

0.9.x is really, really old.
I don't remember exactly, I may be wrong but I think neither the "new
style" macros nor the egg packages apply to 0.9.x.
