Yes in my case user neither belongs to the group with TICKET_VIEW_REPORTED permission nor he is been given TICKET VIEW REPORTED permission, and he is also been granted TICKET VIEW permission, but he still cannot view all tickets. Unless he also have TICKET ADMIN permission. Regards SF -- You
