Hi, johannes, Thanks for your comments. When I removed post-commit-hook or trac-post-commit-hook, no errors showed up. I also tried clean up but still getting the same errors... When I changed the database to Sqlite, it works fine. So I think there are no problem on trac-post-commit-hook

Hi Tiffany, This sounds more like a general subversion error than something that is not bound to the post commit hook. Did this error show up after you enabled the post commit hook? Did you try a clean up after you are adding something? The only thing I needed to check when I enabled the trac
