time. In our company we are building a complex postgres database with
huge quantities of biodata. Those datas are structured by ontologies
(tissue, disease, ...). To retrieve those data, we use the mix of

Tracker compiles its db schema from the ontology. There are few bits
that you must keep (the basic rdf, xsd, nrl and tracker ontologies)
and you can replace all other ontologies to build your own custom
triplet store.

First of all, many thanks for your reply, information you provide are
really appreciated.
The student stage project is now formulated, we hope to find a student
who likes space exploration to evaluate tracker in this new use case
;)
