For the TYPO3 translation server we have a directory structure for each
project. If I use the Pootle interface to remove file inside a
directory. I the directory become empty after this opertation, i can not
delete the directory (i continue to see it in the Overview tab).

Resources/Private/Language/csh/locallang.xlf
Pootle create this structure:
locallang.xlf
csh/locallang.xlf
If i wont to have the complete directory structure, i need to add a
dummy XLIFF file
