Great...this PDF is so secure that you can not even save it to PDF under
Windows 7 using the latest Firefox plus original Adobe PDF browser plugin.
Directly printing to PDF via FreePDF (a free PDF printer driver under
Windows) does not work because the source PDF is reported as encrypted.
I would definitely suggest sending an email to this organization. As I said
earlier I've had success with entities like it before. Other US government
entities have responded positively to standards compliant format requests.
Why is it that when I open a PDF with forms in Evince I cannot type in the
