I was thinking this too.
Quite a bit of work to go figure it out though. But more people need to start
accepting it if its ever going to be worthwhile.
I'd like to support it with ThinkPenguin... but thats a project for another
week.
As far as processing transactions for donations has anyone looked into using
ACH payments? I don't know a ton about them and I know that many companies
use ACH to pay their vendors. I found a project that looks like it might be
worth looking into. It's called OpenACH and can be found at

There are indeed many problems with PayPal (their handling of
