None. Modern LCD displays don't have the problem of phosphor burn-in. I
instead have the screen set to turn off after being idle for 5 minutes, which
seems more practical.
These packages are collections of individual screensavers, GL ones render
more slowly or less efficiently if hardware acceleration is not supported for
your GPU.
I searched for "xscreensaver" and got packages named xscreensaver-data and
xscreensaver-gl (and their -extra versions, respectively). Which should I
use, GL or non-GL one? I currently use Trisquel 8 and Debian testing/sid,
both with MATE desktop environment.
