plugin for generating SDOs from XSDs, wondering where best to donate

I was planning on doing a couple more, but no-one took up my previous

It soulds like good stuff. There is an SOA Tools Platform (STP) project at
Eclipse - I beleive they're mostly focused on SCA tooling right now, but
maybe that's the right place for this.
