There’s a definite sort of The Fugitive vibe to this series. I’m not really
very impressed with Lyonne’s acting ability, but she’s not bad in this. I’m
curious enough to see where it leads

I’ll throw this in from out in left field: if the CNBC show needs insurance
to protect against Leno not being able to work, a policy may now be
impossible or too expensive to get. At his age recovery takes a long time
and he has had two recent hospitalizations based on his behavior rather

This show cost about $1.87 per episode to produce. Did they have more than
two camera people? I am surprised it got cut because CNBC isn't exactly a
ratings juggernaut. I know someone who knows Leno and I will ask what
happened.

There was a woman in a family member's past whom is mildly facially similar
to Lyonne. Said member doesn't show up here often, so he hasn't asked about
her... yet.

It’s a new series on Peacock from Rian Johnson starring Natasha Lyonne.
It’s a throwback to crime drama series from decades ago like Columbo and
The Rockford Files. As usual it’s tough to get a good reading from the
pilot because there’s so much exposition to set up the characters. It seems
a good
Someday there will be a movie about what happened to FNN, and it will be

Back in the 1980s, one of CNBC's predecessors was known as "FNN/Score" -
financial news during the day, sports news and talk shows at night and on
weekends. (Obviously, they couldn't compete with ESPN, especially with no
actual sporting events to broadcast.)

Other outlets are concurrently reporting Leno was in a motorcycle accident
earlier this month, breaking a few bones.

I'd rather watch Jay talk about cars he enjoys than a lot of the other
