I waited a month and gave the series another shot. The actors seem to have
settled into their characters but the characters lack the goofiness and
irreverence of the original show. I’m done with it.

We tried as well, but took it off the DVR this week because there is only
so much time, and sadly, the new Night Court just wasn't worth any more of
ours.

Being a big fan of Bob Odenkirk, I will give the new show a try, but I wish
they hadn't chosen a character name that was used in Breaking Bad/Better
Call Saul.
I associate "Hank" with DEA officer, Hank Schrader.
