A couple decades ago, I was on a jury for a civil trial in Federal court that
was officially sequestered when we went to deliberations - which only took a
few hours, so they didn't have to decide whether or not they were going to
sequester us overnight. (We did get lunch on Uncle Sam's dime.) Be
