The quality of the video was perfect and there was no visual compromise of the
staging for video consumption.
This should be the model for any of the “Live” on stage productions that the

Fox had announced back in May that The Orville was renewed for Season 3.
However an announcement came out of SDCC that the show would be moving to first
run on Hulu in the US, starting in 2020.

In the NYC metro area, WLNY (CBS O&O independent) is running “How I Met Your
Mother”. I just saw a promo for it and all the extras in the bar scenes have

I’m very happy that I watched that on DVR instead of live. Ellen has more and
longer commercial breaks than the late night shows. Dave could hardly get half
a story in.
It was nice that Dave went over to say hello to Ellen’s mom at the first
commercial break. It was clear that no one expected
