Honestly, I think something so local is something most people don't tune to a channel for anymore anyway, they use an app. People who want to know more and who want to go inside the isobars can during much of TWC's programming day, but I really imagine that's a minority of people. Clearly more

Except that I spent 17 years working in cable and I remember when the thrust/appeal of cable was to have niche programming. You wanted music, you turned on MTV. You wanted news, you turned on CNN. You want weather, you turned on TWC. A hundred channels each with their own appeal. (And it was
