I also have to agree with the points and concerns brought up by
Dewald.
Also, the claim is they are providing a service for us, but its also
our apps that is making a potential business for them too.
I'm sure some of the devs of Twitter apps would prefer to have the
traffic going to their site
on loading...
which tells me my callback is never called as it should clear that
loading... message. (try the twitter by user name on my app to
see)
Any thoughts?
Cheers!

So try curl, see what happens :-)

I haven't been able to log into Twitter the last few days using https
https://twitter.com
It seems Twitter does not want to provide the security of SSL when
logging in anymore?
http works OK, but I would prefer to use https when logging in.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Hmmm, It seems when I fist open my browser and go to https://twitter.com
nothing loads, I go to http://twitter.com then back to https://twitter.com
it seems to load. I don't get it

FYI - mashable.com just posted a story on this here

Interesting to know that if Twitter gets the trademark for Tweet
also what about the apps and businesses that have been using it before
the claim like TweetDeck etc etc? Seems they
Not to add fuel to the fire either, but looks like Twitter may have to

Just wanted to give an FYI to the devs here that if your planning on
or using Digg in your apps they are now hijacking your links to direct
traffic to their site. You can read a story on it here

clicked a digg short url and was

@Chad - Thanks for your comments and feedback! :) I just see some of
the link publishers a bit miffed that their links are going to Digg
now instead of their site like intended. If it was clear at the
beginning then fair enough, but to do it after the fact is a bit nasty
IMHO. ;)
