I can see at least one good reason to request for real names. If you
sign something with your real name you try to make it as good as possible.
This applies to question/post as well.
Anonymity allows people to post fast, bad formulated question, with no
documentation reading, no google search

That's what "USERDEF1" part is for. If the translation doesn't exist,
TYPO3 generates links according to this part. Due to
"USERDEF

typo3conf/ext/sr_feuser_register/scripts/jsfunc.updateform.js
Until version 2.5.2 the sr_feuser_register extensions was using this js
file: t3lib/jsfunc.updateform.js. From version 2.52 (Where the problem
was located) the extension are usin
1. Create PHP file for a class + function (class.tx_wmpfvideos_db.php).
2. Create class (tx_wmpfvideos_db) + function (crossreference) in that file.
3. Include the file in ext_tables.php:
include_once(t3lib_extMgm::extPath($_EXTKEY).'class.tx_wmpfvideos_db.php');
4. Set 'itemsProcFunc' => 'tx_w

GMENUFOLDOUT.
Be aware, they are creating a large amount of Javascript.
Another solution is to look at http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/ (Stu Nicolls

Dmitry is correct, MySQL on Windows is using SQL_MODE = STRICT_TRANS as default
when you install it. TYPO3 isn't working with that mode (at least this part).
There are two solutions, both described on the windows-install list. One
is to use SQL_MODE = MYSQL4

Something very mysterius is happening.
After chosing something in the selectbox i Save and i FE my changes are
shown very fine. But when I want to edit the post again, nothing is

In my case the reason was that I moved to a new hoster without the
domain. I first wanted to build the site and then move the domain.
But the hoster did some weird redirecting so typo3 couldn't find its way
anymore.
So the only practicable solution was to register a domain with that
