I am using version 4.2.12 of Typo3 and am trying to upload the tt_news
extension. When I do the import, I get the following error:

To include js you can use page.includeJS in ts. Via the HTML template
should also work, but not elegant solution imo. You could also use T3
Jquery extension if you want to use more jQuery extensions or functions.
