You might try installing https_enforcer. On your login page, under properties
state that the page requires SSL. Then the page will go from http to http
automatically.

thanks but thats not the problem. I have already had installed
https_enforcer. Everything works fine with https. But not when I login to
any site. The first site after login always is not secured with https.
