I am new here. Our work use typo3 for its website. I am responsible for updating the
website. I just looked through the page tree, it suddenly disappeared, When I click on
page, it says the webpage is not found or no accessible. Can you explain what
has happened, how to set everything

so you didn't test the upgrade on a separate server? You now know that
you've should done this, don't you ;-)
Where do you miss the page tree? in the backend (thus after logging in
as administrator)?
Is it possible that you've just collapsed that window? There's an arrow

should be shown using which you can expand the page tree again.

border of the page tree frame. There you can collapse the page tree (to
get more space for the frame on the right side)
