I want to make typo3 html template, is there any documentation(except
Modern Template Building) can show me how to do it step by step?

The Modern Template Building tutorial is quite old. We (the
Documentation Team) are working on a new one. Its content is final, but
it's not yet full

The skin_abc_kik_red is a framework for templavoila skin. We are just in
process to modify some more templates so they can be used with ABC.
