Hi Doug,
Try changing the MO.BP VOC to an F pointer and see if that starts
working. I have found that uvnet sometimes doesn't like Q pointers
because it is not an absolute path.
If that doesn't fix things, what does the MO.BP VOC look like in the UV
account?

Maybe you are calling MO.BP from UV.LOGIN
So the errors on errlog appears when someone logs in other account...
