For Keep-Alive problems, try using Ethereal to discover whether a firewall is the problem. If you're using the Cisco VPN client version 3.x, you must UNCHECK the stateful firewall option. You'd expect better from Cisco, but the firewall inside their VPN client is from ZoneLabs and the
