If a forward link in the file structure is pointing to 'never never land' on the disk, you can have memory faults as memory is exceeded. Try this against the file: LIST FILENAME F1 DET.SUP and see if you get any errors. Alternatively, you could just run fixtool -file FILENAME in the directory
