I would love to be more 'educated' in this matter... How exactly is this achieved in real world ? I have been told that if another operator is using that channel & polarity, I cannot use it in the other direction... So, technically it is feasible, but practically how is this accomplished ?

Haha.. Hearing that from a WISP it tends to be an oxymoron... We don't think twice about throwing up a sector with a 20mhz or 40mhz channel sometimes to just serve one customer? How come conservation does not apply in this scenario ? So, if everyone was so worried about conserving
