11.10 mixed bag

I have successfully installed ubuntu 11.10 as a virtual machine under vm ware fusion. I had to raise the volume after installation, but that was no problem. I used the f 10 key and found some menus. Now I know how to shut down. But using fire fox was harder than using vinux. Getting to some menus
