Although the Tango Project is doing a lovely job, Andy Fitzsimon is working on
the icon set to be used for Dapper. We could (and I would think it lovely)
ship Tango with Dapper, but not set as default.

appear in the main window of the theme preferences are called, but we
could ship some by default like Human (Clearlooks-Human and Humility),
Gnome Default (clearlooks and gnome default icons),
Tango (Clearlooks with blue window
