Thanks everyone. I got it resoved. Eventually I found the FF dialogue box hidden under the IE Closing Down warning. This time I ignored it and dragged it aside to discover FF was indeed downloading. I don't know why but That really doesn't matter anymore! Dave W The Wassermans wrote: I
