I have prepared celtx 2.5.1 packages for Debian, temporarily available
at http://alioth.debian.org/~miriam/celtx/
I still have to finish them properly, though, but I guess they are in
quite good condition to be usable, in case someone wants to adapt them
to Ubuntu.

qutim was removed in Karmic due to inactive upstream, but reintroduced
in Lucid with a new version. I believe version 0.2.0 should be
backported to Karmic to provide its users with an upgrade path.
