I have the same problem with my Samsung X05 and Feisty.
If i don´t have any USB device connected to my laptop the system runs
normally. But if i have a mouse, keyboard o my memory stick i have the
same problem.
For now i boot my computer without any USB device and when the system is
loaded

i believe this is solved with using recommends, instead of depends, for
the non-crucial apps.

Just ran into this one as well. It works fine once I apt-get install
tsclient - no additional configuration is required. I suggest that the
Ubuntu package for Krdc should require tsclient. Either that, or the
error message should say something about tsclient, not only about
rdesktop.

Nvidia driver NV driver seem to read the edid just fine. Also on other
distros things are fine...but when I run get-edid under Feisty I get
this:
