I have pretty much the same problem. Once a snapshot is on the volume,
the system fails to boot.
the problem is exactly as described here: http://www.redhat.com/archives
/linux-lvm/2012-February/msg00028.html and the people on the mailing
list suggest broken udev rules.
fstab is pretty normal:
For some reason, I found myself using the 'fr oss' layout in Gnome 3.10.
And I must say that finding out that this layout was picked as the
default left me speechless: two keys on my keyboard no longer behave
according to what's *on* the actual key:
- the right control key, which just says Ctrl,

Crashed during regular usage. It crashes often, from times to times.
At this moment I've 20 days in uptime, but it starts to fail just after
10 days.
