When using nvidia drivers, I get 2 Xorg logs, as I understand this is normal
behavior, since on a new system, when switching to nvidia drivers, the same
thing happens. When changing settings in nvidia-settings, the logs are updated
only in Xorg.1.log.
The settings are overwritten on reboot,

Installing xserver-xorg-dev fixed the error:
Package xorg-server was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `xorg-server.pc '

An update on this: it appears that this is NOT a bug in systemd-networkd
- I managed to trigger the same behaviour in NetworkManager too, it just

5.4) and Ubuntu 20.04 but each results in
subbing to field high,
the workaround for a new snapped install MaaS seems to be to install Maas into

The brightness keys work in Windows.
In linux, I can still adjust the brightness using the power manager slider

@katastic Interestingly I've also noticed video output problems in VLC
on my Lenovo Ideapad L340-17API.
In my case video is present in VLC but quality is quite poor, video
looks interlaced even though it is not.
Workaround: reconfigure VLC to use another video output module and probably
restart

As for me this advertised feature of 20.04 was the main factor to
install this OS on my hardware, because previous 3 years the lack of

Not a huge fan of snaps, but I was able to work around the issue and get
a functioning glade instance on my 20.04 workstation by installing the
image from https://snapcraft.io/glade. Since this image works I tend to
agree with Nathan's assessment from comment #7.

Yes, this is clear as per design of the glacier storage backend.
