@adampaetznick, tested with 3.11.rc5-sausy and the bug still exists. Easy to reproduce: -disconnect AC -close the lid - wait for suspend (5-10 seconds) - connect and disconnect AC plug few times (2-3 times). every time led changes color from green to orange. - wake system from suspend - close

@alistair I have dualboot - Win7 is (for me) really great OS. But i preffer Linux on my 'work' system, that's just it is. I am able to workaround this bug, not using long suspend (shutdown after work). It's just a patch but allowes me to use Mint where it is neccessary. Latest BIOS (10XK)

@Adam, of course, cleaned the state of lid sensor, recompiled (tested on few stanby's) and then left for couple of hours. I suppose it's not a sensor trouble but whole acpi subsystem/sensor - my Mint stops detecting any AC/battery state changes. Only pinhole and hairpin are helpful enough :(
