was running the open source radeon driver with the fglrx DRI kernel

I have upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic beta.
With the latest nvidia driver things are stable now. I have used it for
about a week and suspend/resume works fine.

I filed bug 349391 which looks exactly like this bug but I believe is
