Yes, I still have that issue and it's really annoying. I don't think
this is a problem with a fresh Ubuntu-install because I haven't seen
it anywhere else.
On my second computer firefox runs just fine and I think I even use
the same extensions and no themes.
I still also have the mousescrolling

Gpilotd does not reply to all sync request
I do a lot of work in ruby, so I have a pretty good selection of ruby
packages installed. This may explain why I can't reproduce it, which

Based on the backtrace, it looks like libc called abort during a
free call. This is likely a bug during abuse's atexit handlers
(since it didn't finish initializing, it was perhaps trying to free

I think the problem is the wirelss drivers workaround patch, this patch
sends -Dndiswrapper when it detects ndiswrapper rather than -Dwext.
This is because the older versions of NDISWrapper did not support the
latest wireless extensions.
I /think/ ndiswrapper 1.18 (edgy ships with 1.22) support
Mathew Garreth just looked at the problem and thinks this might be a
udev problem.
We blacklisted ath_pci and now thinks work fine. We added ath_pci to
/etc/modules and that works around the issue:-)
I do not have a /var/log/udev on my system, so I can not attach it.

If it doesn't crash there is no backtrace to get. Figuring what
configuration option does that might be useful. Do you use the option to
run a custom command instead of the shell maybe? If you dump the config
with gconftool --dump /apps/gnome-terminal config and load that
config to an another use
This should be verified in Rosetta. If the strings are marked as
translatable in the code, then there's nothing wrong in 'evolution'.

Tooltips are there now, highlighting of parts of the menu applet is not
- this should be discussed with upstream - I'm not sure we can fix this
with a theme.

Nothing new appears in my kern.log when this happens. :-( There is
nothing in my kern.log about NFS at all. The only thing in there
regarding any filesystem activity it loads of:

I think this can be closed now.
