accept my fingerprint, and installed sshd.
I can authenticate with sudo with my finger, so I believe tf is working. I can
also ssh to localhost without sshd dying.

Ah, thinkfinger doesn't ship in gutsy. I do provide it in a PPA, but
this should be fixed in hardy and in the long run thinkfinger will
migrate to fprint. Unfortunately, Launchpad PPAs have no bug reporting

I fixed my problem by looking at the default setup of another system and
noting that it did not have:
/etc/X11/Xsession.d/90gpg-agent
I renamed that file, restarted X, and all is well. Seahorse is running
by itself rather than under gpg-agent:
/usr/bin/seahorse-agent --execute x-session-m

I have this same problem with Ubuntu 8.04 Beta. If I plug in my external
LCD panel, the refresh rate is fine, but if I rotate it with xrandr to
the left, it refreshes *really* slow. Anything I can attach to help
solve this problem? I get this without any Virtual Size specified in
xorg.conf.

I strongly agree with Emil. He didn't change anything except for
deleting Desktop folder. Obviously there should be some fallback option
as making your $HOME a desktop, but once ~/Desktop is recreated it
should go back to previous settings. Choosing your $HOME as your desktop
knowinglly is a differ
you need to use "hardy" instead on "gutsy" on the source lines.

Ok i was able to get amarok working with flash by changing it from
autodetect to pulse audio. This should be selected by default though
