After a recent upgrade to Intrepid I have this problem : Suddenly, my usb mouse
doesn't respond. I can move the pointer with the touchbpad, but not with my
mouse. Then if i connect anything to a usb port, nothing happens, it's like usb
was disabled.

Not working for me with icedtea6-plugin from the openjdk PPA or the
latest release in Intrepid.
I can't use applets through proxy settings configured in browser/system.
I've tested this with firefox in a clean profile in safe mode. It only
works if I set up squid as a transparent proxy and set

I got a lot of errors while installing Samba 4 by Synaptic.
Unfortunately I was not hable to copy/paste the output from terminal
showed by Synaptic [it could be a good suggestion to Ubuntu developers
